Server opening?

So when exactly will the server open or any information be revealed (ie. Season/Rates)? The Facebook page does not exist and there seems to be little to no news on what exactly is going on. I was super excited to hear that there was going to another pangya server, hopefully one that will actually stick, and am dying to find out more. Please end our misery mods

Although they stated that they want suggestions, I have no idea what to add since there's nothing about the server.... Welping in the corner now
